Childbirth and Parenting Saturday Workshop

This class will prepare you for labour, birth and your early parenting experience. Our aim is to ensure you and your partner feel confident, prepared and informed about birth and parenting.

Class topics include:

• When to come to hospital
• Labour
• Birth
• Caesarean section
• The role of your support person
• Positions for active labour
• Options for pain relief
• Feeding and caring for your baby

Class options: face to face or virtual (please select from sessions below)

Time:

• Face to face 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
• Virtual 9:30am to 2:45 pm

Cost per couple: (Benefits may apply from your health fund)

• Virtual $120
• Face to Face $150
