Valuing General Practice

Waverley Private Hospital recognises the important role that GPs play in the continuum of care. We endeavour to stay closely connected and are always happy to take feedback in order to improve our services.

The role of GP Liaison at Waverley Private Hospital is managed by Julia Brough. Julia acts to facilitate improved communication and collaboration between Waverley Private Hospital and general practice; improving the patient pathway.

Julia can assist you with:

• Communicating information and provision of resources relating to services and referral processes for GPs and their patients.
• Facilitating information transfer between the hospital, accredited visiting specialists and General Practice.
• GP education. We are an accredited educational provider with the RACGP and offer a variety of programs to suit your practice. See GP Events
• Personalised onsite consultation service with GPs to provide one-on-one updates about our hospital services, visiting specialists and services.

Julia is available Monday to Friday and welcomes the opportunity to visit your practice.
