Waverley Private Hospital would like to introduce Dr Simona Sabau, a general paediatrician with extensive experience in the care of newborn babies and children of all ages.
Simona completed her paediatric training at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Monash Children’s Hospital and Mercy Hospital. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
Simona is one of the paediatricians at the Waverley Early Parenting Centre (Mother Baby Unit), managing unsettled babies and supporting families in achieving better feeding and sleeping routines.
Simona is experienced in addressing issues such as reflux and colic, feeding difficulties, infant sleep problems, unsettled/irritable babies. She also treats a wide variety of common childhood medical conditions (such as asthma, constipation, failure to thrive, eczema) as well as children with developmental and behavioural concerns (such as autism, ADHD, developmental delay).
