Waverley Private Hospital would like to introduce Dr Danielle Quittner an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who gained her specialist training qualifications at Monash Health. After graduating with Honours from Monash University in 2008, Danielle has worked in Women’s Health in tertiary, regional and rural settings across Victoria. For the final year of her advanced training she was appointed to the position of Chief Senior Registrar for the Obstetrics and Gynaecology program at Monash Health.

Danielle holds a Senior Medical Staff position at Monash Medical Centre, a leading tertiary teaching hospital in Victoria. In 2018 she was appointed as Obstetric Lead for Clinical Governance and Patient Experience for Monash Health. Danielle has a strong commitment to medical education. She holds a Monash University teaching appointment and is very involved in the supervision and mentoring of junior doctors and medical students.

Danielle is passionate about providing high quality, holistic and personalised care to women throughout their life cycle. Her practice is geared towards optimising each woman’s wellbeing and facilitating a positive experience in all interactions.

Danielle’s special interest lies in obstetrics. She is skilled in the care and management of pregnancy and birth, ranging from supporting low risk women to managing complex pregnancies. Danielle has a warm, sensitive and open-minded approach to individual birth preferences. She is supportive of natural birth, elective caesarean section, vaginal birth after caesarean section (VBAC), vaginal twin delivery and vaginal breech birth.
