Mr Rabi Solaiman

Rabi's objective is to provide the highest quality of care to his patients. His practice revolves around evidence based medicine and utilizing the most recent advances in technology to ensure the best possible outcome for his patients.

Mr Solaiman graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at Monash University in the year 2000. After a year of internship, he commenced his basic surgical training as a resident and registrar at The Alfred Hospital. He successfully completed a four-year advanced training in Orthopaedic Surgery in Sydney in 2010.

 

Mr Solaiman further pursued his subspecialty training by undertaking an Arthroplasty Fellowship at Calvary Hospital, NSW. In 2012, he travelled to UK to complete a fellowship in Difficult Primary and Revision Hip & Knee Arthroplasty at The Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.


Mr Solaiman’s objective is to provide the highest quality of care to his patients. His practice revolves around evidence based medicine and utilizing the most recent advances in technology to ensure the best possible outcome for his patients. He employs various techniques including computer navigation, minimally invasive surgery, local pain control and early mobilization to optimise patient outcome.

 

Mr Solaiman is currently a consultant orthopaedic surgeon at Monash Health.  He consults privately at Waverley Orthopaedic Clinic in Mount Waverley. He is involved in teaching both undergraduate medical students and orthopaedic registrars rotating through Monash Health. He is a member of Australian Orthopaedic Association and a Fellow of The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
