Waverley Private Hospital would like to introduce Dr Gagandeep (Gagan) Kaur, Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a special interest in fertility and IVF care.

Gagan welcomes referrals from GPs for all aspects of pregnancy care and general gynaecological conditions and is happy to see patients at short notice.

She also handles all aspects of LGBTI+ fertility treatment, from donor cycles (eggs, sperm, and embryos) to partner IVF.

Gagan has over 18 years’ experience in obstetrics and gynaecology, gained while working across several different hospitals and health networks. She trained at Peninsula Health and Monash Health before receiving FRANZCOG.

Gagan has a public appointment at Monash Health both in obstetrics and gynaecology.

She leads Monash Health’s Quartz obstetric team and is a member of the practice improvement committee. She is committed to make a difference in Womens’ pregnancy outcomes and has been actively involved in Safer Baby Collaborative, an initiative to reduce stillbirths. She is an experienced gynaecology surgeon and also has access to public operating lists at Monash Health.

In addition to caring for women, she also trains O&G registrars, and mentors’ medical students at Monash Health.

Gagan takes the time to understand the needs of each patient and makes sure they are well informed. She provides treatment options suitable to their individual needs, and constantly strives to deliver the highest level of professional care with respect and compassion. Her patients value her friendly and caring nature as it makes them feel safe and comfortable.
